Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Nigeria) We offer free shipping on all orders within Nigeria. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:
- Standard International: 7–21 business days
- Express International: 5–10 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
